Cancellation, Refund and Exchange Policy

EXCHANGE POLICY

Within 24 hours after delivery, a consumer may submit a request for a size exchange. The purchaser must mail back the item to receive a size swap.We don’t provide a pickup service. The business will pay for the forward shipping costs of the exchanged item (from Tiaraah to the customer’s location). If the customer doesn’t ship the item back within 48 to 72 hours of delivery, we won’t be able to accept an exchange.

RETURNS

1.If a damaged product is delivered to you.

Please take note that while we make every effort to accurately represent the colours of our textiles, small variations in colour may occur owing to screen calibrations and photography.Every item you acquire from Tiaraah is put through a rigorous quality inspection to guarantee that you get items with precise measurements and no visible damage. It is extremely unlikely that you will obtain a product that is harmed or flawed.

A buyer will, however, receive a full refund for the returned goods if they do receive a damaged product. Send us an email at info@tiaraah.com or text us at +91 98 2054 0126 if this is the case, along with a photo AND a video of the product’s problematic portion being unwrapped. We will plan to pick you up from the delivery place. Customers must return packages via India Speed Post if our delivery partners do not offer pick-up service for a certain pin code, and they must email a scanned copy of their receipt to info@tiaraah.com. Depending on the receipt from the speed post, we will reimburse you for the shipping costs.

This applies for any product you buy from us.

NOTE : We only accept returns in case of damaged product for which the customer needs to provide us with a proof picture.
